摘 要:新疆油田储层复杂,存在使用射孔器盲目性和适应性差的问题,通过国内外复合增效射孔技术的发展现状、适用性和优缺点分析,研发了FHDP102新型复合增效射孔器,并完成采油井和注水井射孔完井136井次,对比217井次常规射孔,对比层达231层。实践研究表明,使用FHDP102新型复合增效射孔器较常规射孔,主力油层采液强度提高幅度1.97%~873.96%,吸水指数提高了16.0%~156.4%,产液强度和产油强度平均值提高了108.8%和12.2%;高渗裂缝发育型砂岩油藏中采液强度、采油强度比常规射孔井分别提高了46%、369.7%,增产效果显著。但是,对于超低渗的油气藏,效果不明显。Reservoir condition in Xinjiang Oilfield is complex,having problems of the blindness and the poor applicability of perforator. Through analysis of the development status of the composite perforating technology efficiency,applicability and its advantages and disadvantages,the new composite efficiency perforator,FHDP102,has been developed,and perforation in 136 production wells and water injection wells are completed,compared with conventional perforation to 217 wells,contrast layers to 231. Practice research shows that,compared with conventional perforation perforator,for use of the new composite FHDP102 efficiency one,the main strength of the reservoir fluid production increases rate of 1. 97% ~ 873. 96%,water absorption index increases by 16. 0% ~ 156. 4%,yield strength solution strength and the average oil production improves 108. 8% and 12. 2%,permeability sandstone reservoirs in the type of fracture strength solution mining and oil intensity increases by 46%,369. 7% than conventional perforating wells respectively,and yield result is significant. However,for low permeability oil and gas reservoirs,the effect is not obvious.
