大管径连续油管在处理水平井井下复杂情况的实践

摘　　要：GS5H井在下入电缆桥塞过程中工具掉井,决定采用60.325 mm连续油管实施打铅印、打捞、通井作业,落鱼打捞成功后根据压裂施工井底压力、连续油管作业通井过程的悬重、铅印情况进行分析计算,准确判断了井下的复杂情况,制定针对性的处理措施,顺利完成了后续压裂施工。大管径连续油管在处理该井复杂情况中发挥了打捞落鱼、判断井况、清理井筒等重要作用。Tool of the wire line plug is lost during it laid down in GS5 H well,the coiled tubing of 60. 325 mm is used to print,fish and drift. After the fish is successfully completed,according to the analysis and calculation of bottom hole pressure of fractured well,hanging load and relief printing of coiled tubing drifting,the complex situation is estimated correctly,targeted treatment measures are drawn up,and the following fracturing operation is completed smoothly. In the process of dealing with the complex situation of this well,large caliber coiled tubing plays an important role in fishing fish,estimating well condition and cleaning well-bore,which provides a experience for the similar situation in the future.
