摘　　要：为了解决测试工具在施工现场进行管柱拆卸过程中存在的安全问题,从技术和实用角度出发,利用扭矩等力学原理,通过设计并制造出管钳打"背钳"防滑落工具——管钳卡块,改进了现场使用管钳拆卸工具存在的缺陷,成功解决了施工现场中进行管钳拆卸管柱中存在的一系列问题。应用于各类测试工具的现场保养,具有实用价值。To solve the safety issues existing the disassembly process for testing tools constructed at operation site,through technical and practical point of view,and by using a torque mechanics,etc.,defects of using pipe clamp to removal testing tool are improved through the design and manufacture of anti-slip tool pipe,wrench fight'back clamp' —— pipe wrench card block,which solves a series of problems at field operation in the demolition of the testing string successfully. Application of it used in various field maintenance has practical value.
