摘　　要：该文通过梳理我国排球运动员转会制度的发展历程,归纳了我国的排球运动员转会制度的特征:如出台了正式的相关细则,放宽了转会的条件等,但同时存在着转会制度尚不完善,条纹变更频繁等不足,这对我国排球运动的健康发展十分不利.相关部门应尽快完善转会制度,彻底开放球员转会市场,从而推动联赛的健康有序发展.Through combing the development process of China＇s volleyball players transfer system, this paper sum- marizes the characteristics of China＇s volleyball players transfer system ： the introduction of formal relevant detailed rules, relaxing the transfer conditions, but there are some shortages such as transfer system is not perfect, and frequent changes of clauses, which is very unfavorable for the healthy development of China＇s volleyball. Relevant departments should perfect the transfer system, and completely open up the player transfer market, so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of the league matches.
