摘  要:为研究公路交通对农业土壤重金属累积的影响,选取宁波典型公路区域的农田及其农作物为研究对象,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-AES)方法测定了农田土壤和农作物中铅的质量分数.结果表明:土壤中铅的质量分数在(8.0-40.2)×10-6之间,土壤重金属铅沿垂直道路延伸方向逐步降低;茶叶和四季豆铅累积的质量分数量分别为(0.07-0.46)×10-6和(0.09-0.26)×10-6之间,且距离公路越近,其质量分数越高.To assess the impact of transportation on the accumulation of Pb, and the content of Pb in soil and crops are investigated around the main roads in Ningbo City. In this research, Pb is determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometer (ICP-AES). The results show that roadside farmland has been polluted noticeably by automobile, and Pb super-stander has also been found in parts of crops. Pollution reduction level is found to be from 0 to 100 units in the direction vertical to the sampled road. The values of Pb in soil samples is ranged from 8.0×10-6 to 40.2×10-6, and the Pb accumulation in tea leaves and beans are found to be in the range from 0.07×10-6 to 0.46×10-6 and from 0.09×10-6 to 0.26×10-6, respectively.
