摘 要:目的探讨自我运动管理模式对居家老年高血压患者有效运动的干预效果,为老年高血压患者居家实施安全有效的运动方案提供可行依据。方法选择36例无运动禁忌症、具备自主运动能力的居家老年高血压患者,在知—信—行健康教育模式基础上采用自我运动管理模式进行3个月居家个体化运动干预,将管理前后运动知识掌握及自我管理能力、血压等身体测量指标变化进行自身对照。结果36例居家老年高血压患者对运动知识的掌握、正确运动行为及自我管理能力均得到提高,且干预后血压下降有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论自我运动管理模式对居家老年高血压患者不仅可获得较好的降压效果和安全有效的个性化运动方式,且对老年高血压患者自我运动管理能力的提高也起到了很好的促进作用。Objective To study the intervention effect of self management mode for the effective exercise of the elderly patients with hypertension living at home ,and to provide workable basis for the elderly patients to do safe and effective exercise at home .Method 36 elderly patients living at home without exercise contraindications and with autonomic exercise was selected for the study .On the basis of knowing-attitude-practice health education mode , self-management model was used for 3 months individualized home exercise interventions .The knowledge level and self-management skills ,blood pressure and other physical changes was measured and self-compared before and after before and after the movement management .Result The knowledge mastery of movement ,proper exercise behavior and self-management skills are improved among 36 elderly patients with hypertension .There was significant differ-ence in blood pressure drop after the intervention (P〈0 .05) .Conclusion Self exercise management mode is a safe and effective way of for individualized exercise and reduce blood pressure for elderly patients with hypertension .It played a good role in promoting the ability of self improvement of exercise management in elderly patients with hy-pertension .
