摘　　要：THMC6350精密卧式加工中心在回参考点时,B轴与Y轴有时会发生干涉,导致撞刀,产生SV0436(B)软过热继电器报警。通过现场检查,蜗杆挡圈损坏导致机床报警。针对此故障,给出具体的解决办法,并对机床进行预防处理,防止类似故障再次发生。The B - axis and Y - axis of the THMC6350 precision horizontal to hit the tool when they return to the reference points, and the SV0436 （B） soft After the on - Site inspection, we know the cause is that the worm ring has been machining center have some interference over- temperature relay gives an alarm. damaged gives specific solutions and reasonable precautions to protect the machine from the same .
