摘　　要：通过分析我国商事登记制度的现实困境和"先照后证"商事登记制度改革的特点,提出了"先照后证"制度对大学生创业的有利影响、可能出现的新问题以及解决问题的对策,力求为推动大学生创业有序、健康发展提供相关解决办法。Through analyzing of the realistic difficulties of commercial registration and the features of“license first, permit second ”, the paper proposes the positive impact of reform on college students entrepreneurship undertaking, new possible problems and problems strategies to solve,and provides the solutions to promote college students entrepreneurship undertaking in an orderly and healthy development.
