自体颗粒脂肪移植在面部美容中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自体颗粒脂肪移植在面部美容中的应用及效果。方法对32例要求面部充填美容的求美者和面部凹陷畸形的患者，使用肿胀吸脂技术采集自体的皮下脂肪颗粒，采用多层次注射的方式移植于头面部需要充填美容的部位或凹陷修复的区域，以达到轮廓修饰和整形的效果。术后随访3～6个月，观察移植部位的外形变化。结果32例患者共计198个脂肪移植部位，术后移植物成活良好，充填作用明确。其中150个部位（75.7%）外形良好，14个部位（7.1%）局部移植过度，34个部位（17.2%）局部移植不足。移植过度或不足的部位进行再次调整后均达到了满意的效果。结论自体颗粒脂肪移植是面部美容充填和治疗头面部凹陷的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of autogenous fat particle transplantation in facial esthetic surgery. Methods Autogenous fat particle transplantation for facial aesthetic and contour improvement purposes was performed in 32 individuals. Fat grafts were obtained by liposuction using tumecent technique, and transplanted into the recipient sites with a multiple layers injection technique. The patients were fol owed up for 3- 6 months after surgery. Results A total of 198 sites were received fat transplantation in 32 individuals. Grafted fat tissues survived wel after transplantation, which showed definitely good effects of augmentation. Among 198 transplanted sites, 150 （75.7%） achieved good results, whereas 14 （7.1%） and 34 （17.2%） were over- correction or less- correction, which were al achieved good results after revised surgeries. Conclusion Particle fat transplantation is an effective approach for facial esthetic surgery.
