国际技术溢出对中国制造业产业结构升级影响的实证研究

摘　　要：为从产业层面研究国际技术溢出效应,选取2001-2011年中国制造业28个分行业的面板数据进行回归分析,实证结果表明:进口贸易和FDI渠道的技术溢出促进了中国制造业产业结构的水平升级,但贸易渠道的技术溢出效应大于投资渠道的技术溢出效应。与国际研发资本相比,本土研发作用有限,甚至阻碍了制造业的技术进步。而外国研发和本土研发均有助于制造业产业结构的垂直升级。Through researching the effects of international technology spillover from the industry level, carry out the panel data regression analysis based on China＇s 28 manufacturing industries from 2001-2011, the empirical results show that the technology spillover through import trade and FDI have promoted the horizontal upgrading of manufacturing industry, but the effect of technology spillover by import trade is greater than the effect of FDI. Compared with the research and development of international capital, the effect of domestic R＆D is limited, even hindered the technical progress of manufacture. And both foreign and domestic R＆D are contributed to the vertical upgrading of manufacturing industry.
