摘 要:比较白菜不同抽薹特性品种在低温冷诱导下活性氧清除系统的变化,为白菜抗逆生理育种以及栽培提供理论依据,以11个不同抽薹特性(耐抽薹、中等抽薹和易抽薹)的结球白菜品种为材料,测定低温处理后叶片SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、POD(过氧化物酶)和CAT(过氧化氢酶)活性以及MDA(丙二醛)含量。结果表明,低温诱导下耐抽薹品种的SOD、POD、CAT活性值分别为22.14U/g FW、131.32U/g FW和162.06U/(g FW·min),均高于中等及易抽薹类型,膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量为13.84nmol/g FW,低于中等及易抽薹类型品种。结论:耐抽薹品种在低温胁迫下具有较强的活性氧清除能力,表现出较强的低温逆境适应性。The study aimed to give theoretical foundation for selecting the stress tolerance of seed and cultivating winter and spring vegetable through comparing different varieties of cabbage bolting characteristics changes of cold-induction on their active oxygen scavenging system.1 1 Chinese cabbage varieties with different bolting characteristics were selected as experimental materials.Activities of SOD, POD and CAT,as well as malondialdehyde contents in the leaves were determined after low temperature treatment.The results showed that the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in the leaves of bolting resistant variety were higher than that of the other two bolting types,whereas content of MDA,the final product of membrane lipid peroxidation,was the lowest among them,merely 13.84 nmol/g FW.These results suggested that bolting resistant varieties performed more effectively in active oxygen scavenging under low temperature stress,and might be well adapted to freezing stress.
