摘  要:为了解白刺花的抗旱生理机制,为其在干旱地区推广种植提供理论依据,采用PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,研究不同干旱胁迫强度对白刺花幼苗抗性的影响。结果表明:低浓度(5%)PEG胁迫处理能提高白刺花幼苗叶绿素的含量,高浓度(15%和20%)PEG胁迫处理使白刺花幼苗叶绿素含量下降;白刺花幼苗可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质和MDA含量随PEG浓度的增加和胁迫处理时间的延长而增加。在PEG胁迫初期,SOD活性随着PEG浓度的升高而上升,随着胁迫时间的延长SOD活性开始下降。说明,白刺花对低浓度PEG胁迫(5%和10%)具有较强的抵抗能力,但对高浓度PEG胁迫及长时间的PEG胁迫抵抗能力有限。An experiment was conducted to study the effects of resistant substances of S.viciifolia under different simulated water stress by means of treating with polyethyleneglycol 6000 (PEG-6000 ) solutions with different osmotic potentials.The results showed that the content of chlorophyll could be improved in low concentrations of PEG (5%),but high concentrations of PEG(15% and 20%)could propel the content of chlorophyll down. With increasing of PEG concentration and the stress time prolonging,the content of soluble sugar,soluble proline,soluble protein and MDA increased and showed an upward trend.The SOD rose with the PEG concentration increasing in the early stage,and with the stress time prolonging, it continued to decline. It showed that the protective enzyme system of S.viciifoliahas a strong ability to resist drought stress,and it is able to adapt to stress by PEG in low concentration(5% and 10%), but it is not strong enough to fight against stress by PEG in high concentration and for a long time.
