摘 要:为探明不同寄主植物对烟夜蛾生长发育和繁殖的差异,在室内人工饲养条件下,进行2个烤烟品种(豫烟三号、黄化烟)和3个辣椒品种(豫椒928、中椒6号和线椒266)饲养烟夜蛾幼虫试验,比较了烟夜蛾蛹的发育历期、蛹重、存活率以及成虫繁殖能力。结果表明,不同寄主之间世代历期差异不显著;雌、雄蛹重以取食豫烟三号的较高,分别为365.5mg和337.8mg;取食豫烟三号的雌虫存活率(91.32%)、化蛹率(88.68%)显著高于其他寄主;雌蛹羽化率以取食中椒6号与豫椒928的较高;产卵量以中椒6号饲养的较高,为390.86粒/雌。卵孵化率同寄主不同品种间无显著性差异,烟叶饲养的卵孵化率高于辣椒的。结论:烟夜蛾以5种植物为食均能完成世代循环,豫烟三号是其较为适宜的寄主,线椒266是其较为不适宜的寄主。The development duration,weight and survival rate of H.assulta pupae,and reproductive capacity of H.assulta adults fed on different host plants (two tobacco varieties and three pepper varieties) under the indoor artificial feeding condition were compared to study effects of different host plants on growth,development and reproduction of H.assulta.There was no significant difference in generation duration between different host plants.The weight of male and female H.assulta pupae fed by Yuyan 3 IS 337.8 mg and 365.5 mg separately.91.32% survival rate and 88.68% pupation rate of H.assulta female adults fed on Yuyan 3 both were significantly higher than other host plants.The emergence rate of female H.assulta pupae fed on Zhongjiao 6 and Yujiao 928 was higher and the egg laying amount of H.assulta adults fed on Zhongjiao 6 was up to 390.86.There was no obvious difference in egg hatching rate between different varieties of the same host species and the egg hatching rate of H.assulta fed on tobacco was higher than pepper.H.assulta fed on five host plants could all complete generation circulation.In conclusion,Yuyan 3 (tobacco variety)was the optimum host species for H.assulta.
