摘 要:为筛选出提取效果好以及价格便宜、利于普及和推广的土壤有效态钒测定方法,以潮土为研究对象,通过盆栽试验和PAN分光光度法,利用相关性、有效指数及掩蔽试验,确定潮土中有效态钒的最佳提取方法,并进行了PAN分光光度法与电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定结果的比较。结果表明:用0.2mol/L NaAC作提取剂,在土液比1∶10、振荡时间120min为土壤有效态钒的最佳提取条件,其提取量与指示植物黑麦草能够吸收利用的钒量呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.999**。利用分光光度法测定土壤中的有效态钒,采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)作为表面活性剂,不仅有良好的增溶性和增敏性,而且价格比较便宜,有利于钒测定的普及和推广。In order to screen a determination method of effective soil vanadium,which was of good extraction effects,cheap price and easy to popularize and generalize,PAN spectrophotometric method and pot experiment,correlation,efficacy index and shelter test were used to screen the optimum extraction method,then the determination results were compared with that of ICP-AES.Results:the optimum extraction conditions included 0.2M NaAC as extractant,solid-liquid ratio 1∶10 and shaking time 120 min,the extraction amount was significantly positively correlated with the absorbing capacity of ryegrass, the correlation coefficient was 0.999**.It was of excellent hydrotropy and sensibilization,cheap price and easy to popularize and generalize to determine effective vanadium by spectrophotometry taking SDBS as the surface active agent.
