摘 要:为进一步探讨柞蚕小蚕保护饲育技术,分析小蚕(收蚁至二龄盛食期)不同饲育条件(大棚与露地、麻栎和槲栎、柞树施肥与否)对柞蚕的生长发育、产量及茧质的影响。结果表明,大棚栽植麻栎并适施有机肥条件下饲育柞蚕小蚕,柞蚕一龄期经过、全期经过分别为6.06d和46.34d,二龄蚕体重和体长分别为0.42g和2.6cm,蚕茧千粒重8 780g,万头蚁蚕收茧量、万头蚁蚕茧层量分别为66.68kg和7.291kg,全期蚕头遗失率12.46%。结论:大棚栽植柞树饲育小蚕优于露地,麻栎饲育优于槲栎,麻栎施肥饲育优于不施肥饲育;大棚栽植麻栎立体饲育小蚕,柞蚕发育进度快,产量高,茧质优,病虫害发生轻,蚕头遗失率小。The growth,output and cocoon quality of tussah were studied in different rearing conditions (greenhouse or outside, german oak or oriental white oak, fertilized or not ) to explore the rearing technology of tussah in further.Results:Under conditions of greenhouse,german oak and moderate organic manure,1st instar process and the whole process were respectively 6.06 d and 46.34 d.Body weight and length of 2nd instar tussah were 0.42 g and 2.6 cm respectively.The thousand cocoon weight was 8 780 g,cocoon amount and layers per ten thousand tussah were 66.68 kg and 7.291 kg separately. The loss rate in the whole period was 12.46%.Conclusion:it was better to plant german oak in greenhouse and fertilize moderate organic manure than to plant oriental white oak in the outside without applying organic manure;The tussah reared in german oak in greenhouse was of rapid development progress,high yield,excellent cocoon quality,light occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests and little loss rate.
