摘 要:以多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)为增强组分,采用分散剂和超声分散方法制备了碳纳米管水泥基复合材料。研究了水灰比、碳纳米管掺加量对水泥基复合材料抗折强度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,当碳纳米管掺量一定时,随着水灰比的增加,水泥基复合材料的抗折强度有所提高,但抗压强度随之降低;当水灰比一定时,碳纳米管的掺加量存在一个最优值,为0.4%。在此掺量下,水泥基复合材料的抗折、抗压强度最高可分别提高45.6%、28.5%。通过扫描电子显微镜对制品断面进行微观分析,表明适量碳纳米管的掺入可以有效改善材料的孔结构和裂纹,并起到桥联作用,从而提高了水泥基材的力学性能。With multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) as reinforced components,carbon nanotubes reinforced cement matrix com-posites have been prepared through dispersants and ultrasonic dispersion methods.The influence of water cement ratio and mixing amount of MWCNT on the flexural strength and compressive strength of composites has been studied.The results show that when the mixing amount of MWCNT is constant,with the increasing of water cement ratio the flexural strength are increased,but the compressive strength is decreased.While water cement ratio is constant,there exists an optimum value of mixing amount of MWCNT,which equal to 0.4%.In this condition,the flexural strength and compressive strength of composites can be increased 45.6%and 28.5%,respectively.Scanning elec-tron microscope analysis shows that the MWCNT can effectively improve the structure of pores and cracks and effect as bridging functions when the MWCNT with suitable mixing amount,as a result the mechanical properties of composites are increased.
