摘  要:为研究铁尾矿砂浆的应用特性,将铁尾矿与天然砂分别配制水泥砂浆,进行了性能比较分析。试验结果表明:它们均含有大量的石英。铁尾矿中还含有一定量的富铁矿物。铁尾矿与天然砂具有相似的热稳定性。筛除部分0.3mm以下颗粒的铁尾矿代替天然砂制备砂浆后,可提高砂浆的抗压强度,但试件的收缩值略有增加。掺入铁尾矿增加了砂浆的总孔隙率且多害孔含量增多,但由于富含铁使得铁尾矿自身强度较高,提高了铁尾矿砂浆的力学性能。铁尾矿代替天然砂作为细骨料具备可行性。For the purpose of application to iron ore tailings (IOT)as fine aggregates of cement mortar, a series of specimens of mortar with IOT and natural sand were fabricated and tested. The results show that high content of ferrous minerals are detected in the IOT differ-ent from natural sand, although both granules containing great amounts of quartz as well as similar thermal stability. Compressive strengths of cement mortar are increased by substituting natural sand with IOT partially sieved off below 0.3 mm size granules, nevertheless result-ing in slight increase of shrinking value of specimens. Porosities and quantity of harmful pore increase in the mortar with IOT compared to natural sand mortar. Higher stiffness of IOT containing ferrous minerals may increase mechanical properties of mortar. The results prove suitability of iron ore tailings (IOT) substituting natural sand as fine aggregate.
