摘  要:目的了解大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)铜、锌水平的变化及维生素C对其的影响。方法将ALI实验动物随机分为13组。维生素C治疗组(ALI后均立即给予维生素C治疗,依照采集标本不同时间点)分为:6 h组、8 h组、12 h组、16 h组和24 h组(均12 h追加一次维生素C)、36 h组(12和24 h各追加一次维生素C),共6组;用生理盐水替换维生素C作为对照,共6组;阴性对照1组。用原子分光光度计检测肺组织铜、锌含量。结果铜:阴性对照组为0;治疗组为0;对照组6 h、8 h、12 h组呈直线下降趋势(组内差异明显,P<0.01),16 h、24 h、36 h组为0。锌:治疗组和对照组组内均有明显差异(P<0.05);各时间点治疗组与对照组相比均呈有意义改变(P<0.01);各时间点的治疗组、对照组与阴性对照组相比均呈有意义改变(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 ALI时铜有短暂升高;用VC后锌有一定程度升高,说明VC对ALI时锌的水平有一定调节作用。Objectove To understand the influence of vitamin C on the copper and zinc level in the ALI rats. Meth-ods The rats were divided into 13 groups,6 groups are administered vitamin C which samples were taken at different time point(6 h,8 h,12 h,16 h,24 h,36 h),6 groups were control group while vitamin C were substituted by NS,and 1 group was set as negative control. The content of copper and zinc in the samples were detected by the atom spectro-photometer. ResuIts The Copper level in the negative control group,vitamin C group and 16 h,24 h,36 h control group were 0,and the copper level in the 6 h,8 h and 12 h control group show a downward trend. There were obvious differences in the zinc level between the vitamin C group and the control group( P〈0 . 01 ). concIusoon The vita-min C can regulate the zinc level when ALI in some extent.
