摘　　要：介绍了精确快速定量装车系统的结构特点,田庄选煤厂采用该系统取代原移动式胶带运输机装车系统后,通过采取加装风力吹仓系统、改进车辆基础信息录入内容、加设溜槽保护装置、加装平煤器等措施,可使单车装车时间减少2 min,装车更精确,保证了装车系统的正常运行。Introduced was the special feature of precise/express/fixed amount car loading system; Tianzhuang Plant adopts such system to replace the original moving belt conveyor system; moreover,air-blowing for cleaning coal bin erected, the content of record of basic information of car upgraded,protective facility for sluices and coal leveling scraper installed, thus loading time of a single car diminished 2 min,car loading more precise and normal operation of the loading system ensured.
