改良经鼻紧急气道建立在呼吸困难救治中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探索一种安全、经济、简便,非纤支镜引导下经鼻气管插管术在呼吸困难救治中的应用价值。方法对96例患者采用气管插管钳引导经鼻气管插管,以成功率、操作时间、患者耐受率作为评估指标。结果除气管插管常规应用的器械外,仅需气管插管钳作为辅助设备,96例患者均可耐受,气管插管成功率100%,其中一次性成功率98.9%,平均操作时间(90±15)s。结论该方法无需纤支镜辅助,不受气管插管型号限制,使用器材少,操作简便,安全性高。Objective To explore a non-bronchoscopic guided nasotracheal intubation, which is safe and economic, and easy to be used in treatment of breathing difficulties. Methods In our study, 96 patients with breathing difficulties received nasotracheal intubation with tracheal intubating forceps. Success rate, operating time and tolerance rate were assessed. Results Besides regular application equipment, it only needed tracheal intubating forceps during the operation. All of the 96 patients tolerated the operation with a success rate of tracheal intubation of 100% （ one-time success rate was 98.9% ）. The average operation time was 90 ±15 seconds. Conclusion Without the assistance of bronchoscopy, nasotracheal intubation with tracheal intubating forceps needing less equipment is easy to be applied.
