摘　　要：建设项目设计方案的优选,是建筑工程项目设计阶段首先要解决的问题。从价值工程的概念和基本理论入手,介绍了其对于工程造价控制的重要性。阐述了如何运用价值系数法进行建设项目设计方案的优选,并通过实例进行了具体分析。The first important problem during the construction engineering stage is the optimal design. According to the concept and theory of value engineering,the paper introduces its importance to construction cost control. The author describes how to use how to use value coefficient method for the project scheme optimization,and makes a concrete analysis by examples.
