我国护理质量宏观管理现况简析和展望

摘　　要：本文利用2013年卫生部医院管理研究所护理中心对全国各省级护理质量控制中心的调查资料,梳理了这些省级护理质量控制机构在制定质量控制工作计划、建立质量控制指标、获取质量相关信息等方面的工作情况。以此为切入点,分析了我国护理质量宏观管理的现状,继而分析当前护理质量宏观管理面临的瓶颈问题,建议各质量控制机构尽快建立起有效了解一线护理质量核心问题的信息渠道,找到护理质量控制的突破点,科学有序地开展护理质量控制工作。This paper aims to appraisal the current situation of China＇s nursing quality management in province level. The data is drawn from the Province Level Nursing Quality Control Center （PNQCC） survey in 2013 administered by Nursing Center, Hospital Management Research Institute, National Health and Family Planning Commission. This paper descripts the characteristics of quality management protocols, quality assessment indicators and quality information sources of China＇s PNQCCs. And then, we analyzed the current situation and the bottleneck problems of nursing quality management in China. Based on these analyses, we conclude and suggest that, in order to manage the nursing quality scientiifcally and effectively, all the PNQCCs need to establish the reliable information channels, meanwhile ifnd and catch the core of local nursing quality problems.
