摘 要:目的:构建先天性肠闭锁胎儿母亲孕期健康教育评价标准。方法:在对医护人员深度访谈的基础上,以健康教育"知-信-行"理论为基础框架,参照护理结局分类系统,拟定先天性肠闭锁胎儿母亲孕期健康教育评价标准草案,通过两轮专家函询,最终确定评价标准。结果:两轮专家函询问卷的回收率均为100%,专家的权威系数为0.920,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.316和0.422(P<0.001)。形成了3个一级指标、20个二级指标和70个三级指标的评价标准,总体内容效度指数为0.970。结论:专家积极性和权威度较高,意见较为统一,构建的先天性肠闭锁胎儿母亲孕期健康教育评价标准具有可操作性,可为孕期保健服务提供行动指南,提高社区和门诊护士健康教育的效率和质量。Objective: To develop the evaluation criterion for pregnant health education in the pregnancy of fetuses undergoing congenital intestinal atresia. Methods: The qualitative method and Delphi technique were employed to construct the evaluation criterion for pregnant health education based on the frame of KABP Model and Nursing Outcomes Classification. Results: The evaluation criterion was developed based on two rounds of consultation with 100% response rate. The expert authority score was 0.920 and the Kendall's coefficient of concordance for two rounds was 0.316 and 0.422 respectively. The indicator system consisted of 3 first-level indicators, 20 second-level indicators and 70 third-level indicators and its content validity index was 0.970. Conclusion: The experts have higher enthusiasm and authority as well as relatively unified opinions. The evaluation criterion for pregnant health education is maneuverable and could provide guidelines for health care service during pregnancy. The evaluation criterion can also improve service efficiency and quality for health education in communities and outpatient departments.
