应用品管圈降低男性患者拔除尿管疼痛率的实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈管理工具在规范拔尿管方法、降低男性患者拔除尿管疼痛率中的应用。方法:成立品管圈小组,确立"降低男性患者拔尿管疼痛率"为活动主题,进行现况调查、目标设定、原因分析、对策拟定,应用PDCA循环原则实施各项对策。结果:我科通过开展品管圈活动,制订了规范化的拔尿管方法和流程,使男性患者的拔除尿管疼痛率由95.0%降至15.0%,护士的各项隐性能力也显著提高。结论:应用品管圈活动对拔除尿管方式进行管理控制,规范了尿管拔除方法和流程,降低了男性患者的拔管疼痛率,提高了患者满意度,此种方法和流程值得在临床科室推广。该活动同时增加了护士的主动管理能力,便于更好地促进临床实际问题的解决。Objective：To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle（QCC） in reducing catheter extraction pain rate among male patients. Methods：We set up a QCC and established＂reducing extraction pain rate among male patients＂as the theme. We followed the steps of present situation investigation, main causes analysis, countermeasures proposition, and countermeasures implementation according to the PDCA cycle principle. Results：By QCC, we developed standardized method and process of catheter extraction. Male patient＇s catheter extraction pain rate declined from 95%to 15%.Nurses＇ ability was also improved signiifcantly. Conclusions：Using quality control circle for the management of catheter extraction method can reduce male patients＇ pain rate, and improve patients＇ satisfaction. The standardized method and process is worth popularizing in clinical settings. It increased nurses＇ active management ability and helped to solve clinical problems.
