摘　　要：目的:分析癌痛规范化治疗示范病房现场评审中癌痛护理环节实施情况,为更好地创建癌痛规范化治疗示范病房提供参考依据。方法:将2012-2013年浙江省30家医院的癌痛规范化治疗示范病房现场评审情况进行回顾性分析。围绕评审标准,重点从组织管理、疼痛评估、按时给药、患者教育、癌痛患者出院随访等方面进行分析。结果:30家医院的护理环节现场评审情况基本合格,但在不同方面各自存在一些不足,有待进一步规范。结论:掌握评审内容及评审标准,落实组织管理,规范疼痛评估,按时给药,切实做好癌痛患者教育及出院随访是创建癌痛规范化治疗示范病房的主要内容,也是顺利通过现场评审的关键点。Objective： To analyze the nursing situation of cancer pain standardized treatment demonstration unit. Methods： The authors retrospectively analyzed the results of on-site assessment of cancer standardized treatment demonstration units from 30 hospitals during year 2012 to 2013. Based on the assessment criteria, the results of organizing, pain assessment, on-time pain killers delivery, patient education, and follow up after hospital discharge were especially summarized and analyzed. Results： Generally, the pain nursing of the 30 hospitals was qualified, but further steps should be taken to improve the quality while minor defects still existed in many ways. Conclusion： The major contents and key points to successfully pass the on-site assessment of cancer pain standardized treatment demonstration unit included mastering the content and assessment criteria, implementing organization management, standardizing pain evaluation, on-time delivery of analgesics, patients＇ education and follow up after hospital discharge.
