摘　　要：通过建立与实施我院射波刀治疗肿瘤患者随访体系,如随访人员的专业培训、计算机随访软件系统的建立,实现射波刀治疗肿瘤患者的随访管理。实践中大部分射波刀治疗患者能在康复进程中得到及时指导,部分患者的复发或转移病灶得到了及时有效治疗,提高了患者的依从性及生存质量。We have established the follow-up survey （FUS） system for the cyberknife-treated tumour patients, for instance, the professional training received by the interviewer, the establishment of software system for FUS, and the completeness of patients＇ information, in order to establish a complete FUS system for cyberknife-treated tumour patients. We found that ninety percent of cyberknife-treated patients could receive timely guidance in their recovery process, and some received timely treatment for their recurrent and transferred lesions, the FUS system has profound and realistic significance in improving patients＇ compliance and life quality.
