摘　　要：抗肿瘤药物在配置、转运和使用的各个环节中,工作人员都存在职业暴露的风险,而长期接触抗肿瘤药物可能会导致潜在的健康问题。本文对《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》中抗肿瘤药物职业防护的相关条款进行解读,以期护理人员严格遵循此标准中提出的要求,接触抗肿瘤药物时实施安全的处理措施,从而减少职业暴露,保障自身安全。There are risks of occupation exposure in antineoplastic drug disposition, transportation and application process and long-term contact with antineoplastic drug may cause potential adverse health effects to health care staffs. This article explained the 6 related items about antineoplastic drugs occupation protection in Nursing Practice Standards for Intravenous Therapy in order for health care staffs to follow the specified request strictly, to take safe measures when contacting with antineoplastic drug, to reduce occupation exposure, and to ensure their own safety.
