经关节镜实施前交叉韧带重建术治疗后患者腓肠外侧皮神经损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究前交叉韧带(ACL)断裂患者经关节镜实施韧带重建术治疗的临床效果及腓肠外侧皮神经术后的损伤情况。方法回顾性分析本院2011年12月至2012年8月治疗的146例ACL断裂患者的临床资料,全部患者均经关节镜实施韧带重建术治疗,术后12个月进行随访,并予1000-KT检测,在屈膝30°及133 N的压力下对双膝的前后位移差进行测量,予膝关节的轴移试验及IKDC健、患侧的膝关节检查。结果术后12个月Lysholm、IKDC评分与术前比较较差异有显著性(P<0.01),28例患者腓肠外侧皮神经出现术后损伤,经治疗后均恢复良好。结论 ACL断裂患者经关节镜实施韧带重建术治疗,效果显著,但术后患者腓肠外侧皮神经可出现损伤,需依据患者个体化标准制订可行方案,给予有效预防。ObjectiveTo study the ACL damage of ligament reconstruction and clinical effect of the lateral sural cutaneous nerve for the treatment of the fracture patients after arthroscopic implementation.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from December 2008 to August 2012 in our department, in the treatment of 146 cases of ACL fracture in patients with clinical data, all patients were treated with arthroscopic ligament reconstruction for the treatment of implementation, after 12 months of follow-up, and to the 1000-KT detection, in at 30 degrees and under the pressure of 133N before and after the displacement on the knees the difference of measurement, to knee pivot shift test and IKDC health, ipsilateral knee examination.ResultsAfter the December Lysholm, IKDC score and preoperative compared, showed signiifcant difference （P〈0.01）, a total of 28 cases of the lateral sural cutaneous nerve injury after operation, after the treatment, all recovered well. ConclusionThe treatment with arthroscopic ligament reconstruction, the implementation of ACL fracture patients with signiifcant effect, but the postoperative lateral cutaneous nerve of calf injury patients can appear, to be based on individual patient with standard solution, to effectively prevent.
