低频超声波导入双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂治疗老年膝关节骨关节炎的探讨

摘　　要：目的研究讨论通过低频超声波导入双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂治疗老年膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年2月至2012年7月收治的76例老年膝关节骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察两组治疗后的各项相关指标,主要表现为VAS和ADL评分。结果研究显示观察组治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后日常活动能力、疼痛评分均明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后膝关节伸直位最大负荷量增加显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论低频超声波导入双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂治疗老年膝关节骨关节炎能有效改善患者住院时疼痛状况和患者日常活动能力,值得临床推广运用。ObjectiveTo study and discuss the import diclofenac diethylamine emulgel by low frequency ultrasound to treat knee arthritis clinical effects in elderly osteoarthritis.MethodsFrom February to July in 2012 in our hospital 76 cases of elderly patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were treated in July 2012 as a research object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the relevant indicators. Observed after treatment in both groups.ResultsThe study showed that there were always cases of the observation group was signiifcantly higher than the efifciency of cases, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）; observation group therapy activities of daily living, pain scores were significantly better than the control group, and the difference also statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）; observed in patients after treatment of knee extension position to increase the maximum load was significantly higher （P〈0.05）.ConclusionDiclofenac diethylamine emulgel import low-frequency ultrasound treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis pain can effectively improve the status and activities of daily living in patients hospitalized patients, is worthy of clinical use.
