后路椎弓根固定加椎间植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折研究

摘　　要：目的对后路椎弓根固定加椎间植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的临床效果进行探讨。方法回顾性分析本院接受手术的54例爆裂骨折患者的治疗情况,观察患者术前、术后伤椎前缘高度,Cobb角,VAS评分及Frankel分级情况。结果手术前后患者的伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角和VAS评分均有显著变化,术后不同阶段无显著变化,患者神经功能恢复情况良好。结论后路椎弓根固定加椎间植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折可以获得满意复位,恢复椎体高度,增强脊柱的抗压稳定性,减少内固定断裂、松动等并发症,同时保证神经减压效果。ObjectiveTo disscuss the clinical curative effect of posterior pedicle screw ifxation with bone graft in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures.MethodsA retrospective analysis was used in this research, 54 patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture from our hospital were discussed to explore the injured vertebral height of front, Cobb Angle, VAS score and Frankel classiifcation.ResultsThe preoperative injured vertebral height of front, Cobb Angle, VAS score were better than the postoperative indicators. But there was not any difference between the postoperative phases. And patients with postoperative nerve function recovered well.ConclusionTposterior pedicle screw ifxation with bone graft in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures can obtain satisfactory reduction, restore vertebral body height, enhance the compressive stability of the spine and reduce the fracture, loose of internal ifxation and ensure nerve decompression effect.
