摘 要:针对目前电疗设备存在治疗手段单一、治疗与评估设计分离等问题,开发了一种集中、低频治疗和疼痛评估为一体的系统。以单片机C8051F020为核心,通过电路设计和软件编程,实现了治疗参数的随意切换及压痛阈值采集、显示与储存等功能。实验结果表明,系统输出的刺激波的波形、电流强度、频率、占空比可调并准确可靠;获取的压痛阈值(PPT)精确度高(<0.3N)、稳定性好,能有效指导精确治疗时电刺激治疗参数的选择。该系统为临床治疗和疗效评估提供了良好的技术支持。Aiming at the single treatment and the design separation between treatment and assessment in electrothera- py equipment, a kind of system including low-intermediate frequency treatment and efficacy evaluation was devel- oped. With C8051F020 single-chip microcomputer as the core and the circuit design and software programming used, the system realized the random switch of therapeutic parameters, the collection, display and data storage of pressure pain threshold in the assessment. Experiment results showed that the stimulus waveform, current intensity, frequen- cy, duty ratio of the system output were adjustable, accurate and reliable. The obtained pressure pain threshold had a higher accuracy (d0.3 N) and better stability, guiding the parameter choice in the precise electrical stimulation. It, therefore, provides a reliable technical support for the treatment and curative effect assessment.
