小剂量PDE5i联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察改善和调节磷酸二酯酶5型抑制剂(EDHF)和一氧化氮/环磷酸鸟苷(NO/cGMP)通路的治疗方法对于糖尿病性勃起功能障碍(DMED)临床效果。方法 58例DMED患者随机分为3组,A组(22例)单用小剂量PDE5i;B组(25例)单用羟苯磺酸钙;C组(21例)小剂量PDE5i联合羟苯磺酸钙,均治疗12周。观察指标包括国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)、性活动日志(SEP)、全球评估问卷(GAQ)。结果 12周治疗后3组IIEF-5评分均有显著性提高(P<0.05);治疗后阴茎插入的成功率和保持勃起至完成性交的成功率明显增高(P<0.05),组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗期间无严重不良反应发生。结论EDHF和NO/cGMP通路联合治疗DMED,能够增强疗效,取得良好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of small dose of PDE5i combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetes mellitus erectile dysfunction （DMED） by improving and regulating EDHF and NO/cGMP pathway.Methods A total of 58 DMED cases were randomly divided into three groups：group A （n =22）,treated with small dose of PDE5i; group B （n =25）,treated with dobesilate; group C （n =21）,treated with a small doseof PDE5i combined with dobesilate.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks.Outcomes including ＂International Index of Erectile Function＂ （IIEF-5）,Sexual Encounter Profile （SEP）,the Global Assessment Questionnaire （GAQ） were observed.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the IIEF-5 score were significantly increased in all groups （P〈0.05）.The ratio of successful penile insertion and complete coitus was significantly higher （P〈0.05）,with statistically significant difference among the 3 groups （P〈0.05）.No serious adverse reactions occurred during treatment.Conclusion Combination of EDHF and NO/cGMP pathway can enhance the efficacy and achieve good therapeutic effect in the treatment of DMED.
