摘  要:利用真空电磁感应熔炼炉制备AZ91-XCa(X=0.7%,1.25%,1.74%,2.53%)镁合金,采用光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等测试方法研究了合金元素Ca对AZ91镁合金显微组织的影响。结果表明:合金的主要物相是由基体Mg,β(Mg17Al12)和Al2Ca组成。随Ca含量增大,β(Mg17Al12)相由不连续的网状转变为细小的条状,同时,有Al2Ca相产生,并且随Ca含量增加,Al2Ca相增加。当Ca含量达到1.25%时,晶粒细化最明显,同时力学性能达到最好,该合金在室温下的抗拉强度达到150MPa,断面收缩率为22.8%。AZ91-XCa (X =0.7% ,1.25% ,1.74% ,2.53%) was prepared by vacuum induction melting process. The microstructure of different Ca content of the alloy were investigated by optical microscopy (OM), X ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that alloy is mainly composed of matrix Mg, 13 (Mg17Al12) and Al2Ca. With the increase of Ca content,β(Mg17Al12) becomes thin strips phase from the continuous mesh. At the same time, Al2Ca phase appears. With the increase of Ca content, the content of Al2Ca phase increases. AZ91-1.25%Ca alloy is the most obvious grain refinement. When the Ca content reaches 1.25%, the mechanical properties is best, the tensile strength of the alloy at room temperature is 150MPa and the contraction rate is 22.8%.
