摘 要:研究了热作模具钢5CrNiMo在渗碳淬火处理工艺下的表面组织、冲击韧度、硬度和耐磨性等性能,并与进口冷轧精整辊轮试样作了对比分析。实验结果和生产实际表明,5CrNiMo通过高温气体渗碳、淬火、高温回火,可获得较好的使用性能,在保持高韧性的基础下,可获得比常规热处理工艺高的硬度和耐磨性,适合于制造要求韧性高、承载大、耐磨损的精整辊轮等冷作模具。Performances about surface structure, impact toughness, hardness and wear resistance of the 5CrNiMo hot work die steel after carburized and quenched were analyzed, which was compared with an imported cold-rolled finishing rollers pecimen. Both experiment results and actual production show that 5CrNiMo can obtain a better application performance after high temperature gas carburization, quenching and high temperature tempering. Compared with traditional heat treatment processes, this treatment process can provide a higher hardness and wear resistance with remaining a good toughness, which is suitable for manufacturing cold work dies with the requirements of high toughness, wear resistance and high working load such as finishing rollers.
