摘  要:采用刷涂和高频感应熔覆的方法在42CrMo圆钢表面制备了0.6mm厚WC增强镍基合金熔覆层。对熔覆层进行了显微组织、相结构分析及显微硬度测试。结果表明:WC增强镍基合金熔覆层的显微组织均匀致密.无明显的气孔、夹渣缺陷;沿截面依次为熔覆层、过渡区及基体。熔覆层的平均显微硬度可达600-700HV0.2.与基体实现了冶金结合。WC reinforced Ni60 alloy composite cladding layer on 42CrMo steel was prepared by pre-coating and high frequency induction heating sintering. The average thickness of the cladding layer was about 0.6 mm. These cladding layers were studied by electron microscope, SEM, EDS, XRD and Vickers hardness tester. The results show that the sample has homogeneous microstructure consisting of strengthen coating, transition region and the substrate. The cladding layer with metallurgical bonding to the substrate has higher hardness (600-700 HV0.2)
