摘　　要：在大型薄板件的调质处理中,工件变形大、硬度不均匀是影响热处理质量的两大因素。本文通过对热处理过程中应力和组织转变的分析,合理调整热处理工艺和过程控制,使工件的畸变和硬度均匀性大幅提高,满足了客户要求。In the process of hardening and tempering of 42CrMo steel large sheet , large deformation and uneven hardness are two factors of heat treatment quality for the workpiece. By analyzing the heat treatment process, microstructure transformation stress and adjusting the heating temperature and the processing, distortion and hardness uniformity of the workpiece were increased in line which can satisfy the custom requirements.
