精密数控机床主轴淬火工艺的优化设计

摘　　要：简单介绍了现有的机床渗碳淬火工艺,分析了其不足之处及原因。在此基础之上,制定了新的优化工艺。以现有的生产条件,借助优化后的工艺来制备精密数控机床主轴,其各项性能满足技术要求。The existing CNC carburizing and quenching process were briefly introduced, its deficiencies and reasons were analyzed. Based on the existing process, a new optimal process was developed. Depend on the existing producing conditions, using the optimized process to manufacture precision CNC machine spindle, the productions get well performance.
