摘 要:通过传统的半连续铸造方法制备了Mg-2Zn-Mn-xCe(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.7,质量分数,%)合金。采用金相观察、XRD、扫描电镜、断口分析以及室温拉伸试验研究了Ce加入量对铸态和挤压态的ZM21镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着Ce含量的增加,铸态ZM21+xCe合金中,聚集在枝晶间隙的Mg-Ce相和Mg-Zn相逐渐增多,最终形成连续的网状结构;在热挤压过程中,大部分含Ce第二相被压碎,弥散分布在基体中。随着Ce含量的增加,铸态合金的强度和塑性都先下降后上升;经挤压后,合金的强度和伸长率都得到大幅度提高,尤其是添加0.57%的Ce后,伸长率达到24%。Mg-2Zn-Mn-xCe (x=0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.7, wt%) alloys were prepared by conventional semi-continuous casting. The effects of Ce addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of the as-cast and as-extruded ZM21 magnesium alloys were investigated by using OM, XRD, SEM, fracture surface observe and tensile test. The results show that with increasing of Ce content, the Mg-Ce and Mg-Zn phases gathering in arborescent crystal gap increase gradually and finally form a continuous network structure in the as-cast ZM21+xCe alloy. Most the second phase of containing Ce is crushed and disperses in the matrix alloy during hot extrusion. With increasing of the Ce content, the tensile strength and elongation of the as-cast alloys decrease firstly and then increase. After extrusion, tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy improve greatly. Especially after adding 0.57% Ce in ZM21 alloy, the elongation reaches to 24%.
