摘 要:H型钢腹板和翼缘在不同的变形区内变形,容易造成腹板和翼缘的不均匀变形。为了保证腹板和翼缘的均匀延伸,传统的方法是使翼缘的压下率比腹板的压下率大3%~5%,往往会出现波浪或裂纹。用实验的方法,改变翼缘和腹板延伸比。保证腹板和翼缘均匀延伸,因而提高了H型钢的轧制质量。并提出了推荐的轧制规程,为实际生产制定轧制规程提供依据。When H-beam web and flange are deformed in different deformation zones, it is easy to cause the web and flange inhomogeneous deformation. In order to ensure the uniform extension of flange and web, the traditional method is that flange pressure ratio is bigger 3%-5% than that of the web, which waves or cracks often appear. The ratio of web and flange extension was changed by using experimental method to ensure the uniform elongation of flange and web. Thus, the rolling quality of H-beam was improved. And the recommended rolling schedule was presented, which can provide the basis for constituting rolling schedule in actual production.
