摘 要:对D207耐磨堆焊焊条焊态金属的金相组织、回火稳定性及耐磨性进行了研究。结果表明,随着回火温度的升高,组织中的贝氏体尺寸由小变大再逐渐变小直至消失,残余奥氏体成分越来越少,马氏体成分越来越多;在450℃的回火温度下组织发生再结晶;焊态金属回火稳定性较好,在250-400℃回火时,硬度和冲击韧性都较好,在150-200℃和450-550℃回火时,冲击韧性显著下降,表现出回火脆性,在600℃回火时韧性较好,但硬度值明显下降;随着回火温度的升高,熔敷金属的磨损量逐渐增加,耐磨性逐渐变差。在250℃回火时磨损量最少,耐磨性最佳;600℃回火时磨损量最多,耐磨性最差。The welding process performance, tempering stability, metallographic structure and wear resistance of deposited metal of D207 surfacing electrode were researched. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature, the size of bainite is from small to large and then gradually decreases until it disappears. The residual austenite composition becomes less and less but the martensitie composition grows. The microstructure at 4500C tempering temperature produces recrystallization. D207 welded metal tempering stability is better and in a certain range of temperature tempering hardness and impact energy changes little. At 250-400℃ tempering, the hardness and impact toughness are better. At 150-200 ℃ and 450-550℃ tempering, the impact toughness decreases significantly, showing temper brittleness. At 600℃ tempering, the toughness is better, and the weld forming and slag detachability is good, but the hardness begins to decline. With the increase of the tempering temperature, the wear of deposited metal increases and the wear resistance gradually becomes worse. The wear amount is minimal and the wear resistance is best at 250℃ tempering, while the wear amount is largest and the wear resistance is worst at 600℃ tempering.
