摘  要:为准确、方便地获得埋弧自动焊单面焊双面成型的焊缝几何尺寸,本文利用二次回归正交组合设计方法,对中、薄板埋弧焊单面焊双面成型焊接工艺参数与焊缝正面几何尺寸的关系进行了优化试验,并利用"SPSS"软件对试验结果进行了统计分析与检验,建立了正面熔宽B及余高E与焊接电流I、焊接电压U及焊接速度v的数学模型。该模型可以用来预测中、薄板埋弧焊单面焊双面成型焊缝正面几何尺寸,从而指导焊接结构设计。In order to obtain the submerged arc welding seam geometry sizes of one side welding both sides formation accurately and conveniently, the quadratic regression orthogonal combination design was used to optimize the welding seam positive geometry sizes and submerged arc the process parameters for thin and median scale plates. And using the "SPSS" software on the test results conducted a statistical analysis and testing, and the mathematical model, such as the weld width B, height E and the welding current I,welding voltage U and the welding speed v, was established. This model can be used to predict the welding seam positive geometry sizes for submerged arc of one side welding both sides formation,thus guiding the welding structural design.
