摘　　要：参考包头师范学院公共女篮选修课,结合文献资料和教学经验总结法,对普通高校公共女篮选修课教学进行了初步探索。认为普通高校公共女篮选修课值得大力开展,这对促进女大学生身心健康与社会化成熟、对发展终身体育技能和养成终生体育习惯等十分有利,同时,对女大学生学会与他人交往合作和做人做事等,有着十分重要的现实意义。Reference public basketball elective course in baotou teachers college, combined with literature and teaching experience summary method, to the ordinary university public basketball elective course teaching has car- ried on the preliminary exploration. Think it is worthwhile to ordinary university public basketball elective course, vigorously to promote female college students＇physical and mental health and social maturity, to the development of lifelong sports skills and lifelong sports habits is very good, at the same time, the female college students learn to cooperate with others and to be a person to do things, has the extremely important practical significance.
