摘　　要：目的:评价保留齿状线痔上黏膜套扎外痔切剥治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:将172例混合痔患者采用随机对照单盲法分为2组,治疗组行保留齿状线痔上黏膜套扎外痔切剥术治疗(86例),对照组行外剥内扎术治疗(86例)。观察2组患者术前、术后1月的症状评分及疗效,观察2组患者的术后并发症及切口愈合时间。结果:治疗后2组症状评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),2组疗效差异无统计学差异意义(P>0.05);2组患者的术后并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在术后疼痛及切口愈合时间方面治疗组优于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保留齿状线痔上黏膜套扎外痔切剥术能有效治疗混合痔,减少术后疼痛、缩短愈合时间,为广大肛肠科医师门诊手术提供一种简便安全有效的新治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of reserving dentate line Milligan-Mor- gan procedures plus RPH in treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods One hundred and 72 patients wifh mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups with randomized and single-blinded methed . A total of 86 cases （study group） were treated by reserving dentate line Milligan-Morgan procedures plus RPH, and the other 86 cases （control group） was simply treated by Milligan-Morgan method. Then the effects of treatment and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The score on symptom was lower in the study group than before treatment. The effect of the two groups was not different （P 〉 0.05）. But postoperative anus pain and wound healing time in the study group were obviously better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Reserving dentate line Milligan-Morgan procedures plus RPH is an effective, postoperative painless and short wound healing treatment, providing a safe and effective new treatment.
