AECOPD患者血清纤维蛋白原、抗凝血酶Ⅲ水平与肺功能的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期(AECOPD)患者血清纤维蛋白原(FIB)、抗凝血酶原Ⅲ(ATⅢ)与肺功能的关系。方法检测AECOPD组、COPD缓解期组及正常对照组病例的血清FIB、ATⅢ水平,并进行肺功能测量;对试验数据进行统计学分析。结果 AECOPD患者组FIB(4.71±0.56)g/L高于COPD缓解期组(3.13±0.52)g/L和正常对照组(2.08±0.81)g/L(P均<0.05),而ATⅢ(130.52±31.38)mg/L低于COPD缓解期组(172.33±28.65)mg/L和对照组(273.81±35.16)mg/L(P均<0.05)。FIB与肺功能呈负相关,ATⅢ与肺功能指标呈正相关。结论 AECOPD患者的FIB、ATⅢ可成为AECOPD病情评估和疗效观察的指标。Objective To observe the relationship between fibrinogen and antithrombin Ⅲ in patients with AECOPD or COPD and the patients＇ pulmonary function. Methods Serum fibrinogen and antithrombin m were measured and pulmonary function was tested for AECOPD patients, COPD patients and normal volunteers. Results The AECOPD patients＇ FIB level （4.71±0.56） g/L was higher than that of COPD patients during remission （3.13±0.52）g/L and normal volunteers（2.08±0.81）g/L（P〈0.05）. The AECOPD patients＇ ATⅢ level （130.52±31.38）mg/L was lower than that of COPD patients during remission（172.33±28.65） mg/L and that of normal volunteers （273.81±35.16）mg/L （P〈0.05）. There is inverse correlation between FIB levels and pulmonary function, and there is positive correlation between AT Ⅲ levels and pulmonary function. Conclusion FIB, and AT m may be used to assess the severity and treatment of AECOPD.
