摘 要:在山东地区设置单胚采种甜菜父母本不同配制比例试验,通过计算种子剖仁率和发芽率,研究不同配制比例对授粉率的影响.结果表明:配制比例为1∶3时,授粉率最好,剖仁率与发芽率最高.配制比为1∶4、1∶5和1∶6时,发芽率没有显著差异,实践中可以在1∶4的基础上适当减少父本母根用量,增加母本行数,降低采种成本.Different planting rates were applied to study the effect on pollination rates of monogerm sugar beet in Shandong province. Moreover, we calculated the germination percentage and embryo percentage to reveal the pollination rates. The result showed : 1 ) When the paternal and maternal cultivated ratio was 1 : 3, pollination rates was higher than that of others, the same as germination percentage and embryo percentage. 2) There was no significant difference of germination percentage among other planting rates (1:4, 1:5, 1:6). 3 ) In order to decrease the cost of seed production, we should reduce the rates between parental lines based on the rate of 1:4 in practical application.
