摘　　要：现有齿轮泵传动轴每转一周只能实现一次吸油、一次排油,属于单作用工作方式,存在排量小、径向力不平衡、流量脉动大、寿命短等问题,借鉴双作用叶片泵原理,提出了一种新型齿轮泵——双作用齿轮泵,叙述了新型齿轮泵的结构组成、工作原理、特点。双作用齿轮泵具有两个吸油腔、两个排油腔,可输出双倍排量,并且径向力得以平衡,为齿轮泵的更新与发展提供了创新途径。The present gear pump works in a single-acting style since it takes in and discharges oil only once while the drive shaft turns one cycle. There exist problems such as smaller displacement, unbalanced radial force, larger flow pulsation and shorter service life. Making use of the principle of double-acting vane pump, a new type of gear pump called double-acting gear pump is invented in this paper. The structure composition, operating principle and the features of the new gear pump are narrated. There are two suction and two discharge ports in the new gear pump which can double the output displacement, radial pressure is hydraulically balanced on the shaft. The new conception of the pump provides innovative ideas for the renovation and development of gear pumps.
