摘 要:在总结裂纹转子振动特性研究结果的归纳基础上,结合2台600MW等级机组异常振动分析和低压转子裂纹诊断过程,总结出实际机组裂纹转子的典型振动特征,其主要包括,振幅不断爬升,且大多呈不稳定同步振动,当裂纹足够深时才表现出明显的2倍频振动;加重响应线性度差,影响系数和滞后角与正常转子相比差异较大;振动随机组负荷增加而增大,但负荷降低时,振动却不能恢复到原始值等。建议在进行振动故障诊断时,若怀疑转轴上出现裂纹问题,则必须立即停机进行探伤检查,及时发现存在的早期裂纹,以防机组发生断轴毁机事故。Researches on vibration characteristics of cracked rotors were summarized.On this basis,combined with the field vibration fault diagnosis for two 600 MW unit turbines,the typical cracked rotor's vibration characteristics of practical turbine generator set were presented,such as:the vibration amplitudes continuously rises and most of them are unstable synchronous vibration,they only exhibit obvious 2X vibration when the crack is deep enough;the linearity of response to dynamic balance weight is poor,and the influence coefficient and lag angle is different from that of the normal rotor;the vibration intensifies with the unit load,but it can not turn back to the original value when the unit load decends.Therefore,it suggests that early crack be found in time through flaw detection.
