摘  要:利用天然气和空气模拟低浓度可燃废气在自行搭建的处理系统上进行了热量回收特性的实验研究。实验研究了初始温度、换热工质流量、循环周期、浓度、空速和催化剂等因素对系统燃烧效率和热量回收率的影响。结果表明,该系统能在保持燃烧效率大于90%的情况下,热量回收率超过50%;选择合适的运行参数,能够改善系统稳态时的温度分布曲线对称性,提高系统的燃烧效率和热量回收率;选择催化剂时,必须考虑热物性对系统的影响。A self-built low concentration combustible waste gas processing system was applied to perform experiments on heat recovery characteristics.The mixture of natural gas and compressed air was used.The effects of such factors as initial temperature,water flow rate,cycle time,feed gas concentration,space velocity and catalysts on combustion efficiency and heat recovery effectiveness were studied.The results show that,the proposed system was capable of keeping the effectiveness of heat recovery higher than 50 % under the condition of stable self-sustained combustion efficiency over 90%.The optimization of operating parameters combination improved the temperature profiles' symmetry for the cyclic steady state of system and increased the combustion efficiency and heat recovery effectiveness of combustion.Moreover,it was found that the effects of catalytic characteristic,thermophysical properties of catalyst cannot be neglected for the low concentration combustible waste gas processing system.
