摘  要:运用柔性接触式密封技术对某火电厂烟风系统三分仓回转式空气预热器(空预器)进行漏风治理和密封改造,与常规漏风治理措施相比进一步降低了空预器漏风率,在机组高负荷下空预器平均漏风率由8.350%降至4.045%,同时使供电煤耗下降约0.71g/(kW·h),引风机和一次风机电机功率平均下降12.2%和18.85%,引风机节电率达到12.15%,一次风机节电率达到19.51%,按0.373元/(kW·h)计算,空预器漏风改造每年能节约电费227.5万元,经济效益显著。The flexible contact seal technology was employed to conduct air leakage control and seal transformation for tri-sectional regenerative air pre-heater in a thermal power plant.Compared with the conventional air leakage control measures,application of this technology further decreased air leakage rate of the air preheater,the average value under high unit load condition dropped from 8.35% to 4.405%.Moreover,the coal consumption rate for power supply reduced by about 0.71 g/(kW · h),the mean electric power of the induced draft fan and primary air fan decreased to 12.2% and 18.85%,respectively.Furthermore,the electric saving rate of induced draft fan reached 12.15%,that of the primary air fan went to 19.51%.Supposing the electricity price is of 0.373 yuan/(kW · h),by air leakage retrofit,the air preheater can save electricity by 2.275 × 106 yuan yearly.
