摘　　要：在对土地承载力重新审视的基础上 ,以全新的视角重构土地承载力的理论框架 ,并以我国东部沿海地区为例 。With the rapid development of economy and society,the man land relationship in the coastal region is becoming more serious.The regional sustainable development has become the only chioce for the certain area.To some degree,the land comprehensive carrying capacity just becomes the key to the sustainable development.This paper,on the base of the rethinking land carrying capacity,reconstructs the theory formation in new eyes,thereby we have designed the index system to value the land comprehensive carrying capacity.
